BOOKING INFORMATION;
Our technical support team are clearing baskets every 10 minutes to free up the booking back-log. We do apologise for the high demand affecting the booking system.
1) Spaces are first come first served and are limited to 40 over the summer holiday.
2) A waitlist is available for sold out days. To be added, please email hello@hampsteadholidaygroup.com with your child's name and dates that you wish to attend.
3) We are currently only able to accept Bright Horizons childcare Vouchers. Use code: PAYLATERBH at the check-out. We hope to accept tax free childcare vouchers by August. We are unable to refund Bright Horizon bookings or alternative voucher made bookings from August.
4) Cancellation policy: 15 + days notice = full refund (minus a booking fee of 2%), 8-14 days notice = a credit note valid for 6 months. 0-7 days = HHG are unable to provide a refund or credit note.
5) The waitlist will be prioritised for children staying on at Hampstead Hill first, before the 4+ leavers.

Timings
Extended Day: 8:00 AM - 5:30PM
Core Day: 9:00 AM - 3:30PM
You may drop off your child from 8:00 until 9:00 for the extended morning registration, Collection is between 3:30 - 5:30.
Ages & Staff Ratios
Open to children in the Nursery and Pre-Reception
Children aged two years: 1 adult : 5 children: - at least one member of staff holds a relevant level 3 qualification. Atleast half the other staff members hold a level 2 qualification.
Children aged three years and over: 1 adult : 8 children: - at least one member of staff holds a full and relevant level 3 qualification; and - at least half of all other staff hold a full and relevant level 2 qualification.

What We Provide
Our hot lunches will be provided by coming soon – My Tortellini, Unfortunately the food provided is not Halal.
